she wasn't even trying to do an Israeli accent on NCIS

You would think that an actress with an ongoing role for several years would be given an accent coach to learn how to actually speak with the accent of the character she's playing. Instead she just spoke with her normal Hispanic accent the entire time. Everytime she spoke on NCIS I was unavoidably reminded of the fact that she wasn't really Israeli. Adam Sandler played an Israeli for one movie and he at least tried to do an Israeli accent. Yet no such effort from Cote de Pablo for a character she played for 8 years.
