I thought the same thing, but according to online information the actress in the promo is Natalie Martinez, not Erica Cerrra, and the character is Deputy Linda:

If only... she's a much better actress, and can obviously play that role.

I also thought that was her in under the dome, its must suck when your an actor, especially an actress and have someone that looks like you.
