Isn't she too short for a model?

I read she's a former model. And I read she's tall 160cm (5'3''). Then it hit me - don't they have rules about height when choosing models? Like, no matter how stunningly beautiful and proportional, you have to be waaay taller than that to get acknowledged.

reply

It depends on the type of modeling, obviously she wasn't a runway/catwalk or high-fashion model....she probably just did commercial.

My Favorite All-Time TV Actors: Maggie Q [Nikita] - Tom Welling [Smallville].

reply

She had to have only done commercial, unlike Channing who was a "real" model who worked with photographers like Bruce Weber.

reply

You are probably right about Jenna doing commercial modeling, but its somewhat of a myth that men and women have to be 5'10 or taller to be real models. There is a male model named Joseph Sayers and he is only 5'6 or 5'7 and he is actually very successful.

reply

Runway models are typically quite tall but, like with anything else, there are exceptions (Kate Moss is only 5'7'').

reply

If says 5'3 ..then she's probably 5'

A weeee li'l spinner, eh? I'd like to give 'er a twirl or two...I'm sure Channing has been.

reply

Lol! I bet Channing gets his salad tossed by bearded bears!
