Apart from his other achievements Justin Roiland is also the voice of the Earl of Lemongrab from Adventure Time - which involves SCREAMING! every other line of dialogue at the top of his voice. Dungeon.

I have to ask - do voice actors have a technique for screaming that doesn't involve ripping all the skin out of their throats, or do they just rest themselves for days and then drink lots of milk?

Judging by his photo, I'd say he relaxes his vocal chords with a fresh coating of butt batter. Earl of Lemongrab is one of my favorite characters ever. He just sounds so absolutely disgusted and annoyed with everything.
