shareThe positive thing about Sam is. He is not using anything negative to encourage people to move into a healthy lifestyle. When people start using names, being condescending or hurtful words... That's a big turn off and does nothing to encourage a person to change.
Thank you Sam for being a voice of suggestion and encouragement and not insults to inform, about how to change.
What I like is even if he's going the fitness route he's not saying everyone has to do that. Just do something.
