She's had a very obvious nose job... she had a rounded, bigger nose when she was in Pride and Prejudice and St Trinians and now her nose is much more refined. SHe probably also had a boob job; her breasts were quite small in Pride and Prejudice and she was 18 then and they should've mainly stopped growing even as she's gotten thinner
