She's far better looking than Miley Cyrus, don't get wrong. And, I do see the shared resemblance with the Farmiga sisters as others have mentioned, but I also see hints of Miley Cyrus as well.

Yes, I see it. She looks like a mix between Miley Cyrus, 90s Kate Winslet, and Farmiga sisters to me
