Hospital scene?

Hey guys! So a couple of weeks ago, I saw this video on Twitter where someone had made like a mashup of Alycia and Eliza scenes to form a Clexa story. I wasn't all caught up with The 100 and I thought it would contain more spoilers than I already knew of, so I stopped watching. However, there was a scene in it where Alycia is in some sort of white room, and it looks like she's lying on a hospital bed or something. I thought it was something from The 100 season finale where they'd show how Lexa got the flame inserted in her or something. I just watched the finale and that scene wasn't in it. Sorry this was so long, but my question is does anyone know what movie or show that scene was from? It looked like she had dark hair. Ugh I wish I'd watched that entire video!
