Only saw her in comedy until she was in The BBC''s 'The Accused' - Mo's Story. What a fantastic actress! Absolutely nailed the hard-hitting scenes. If you haven't watched it, find it!

shareI said to my wife before we watched this that she was about to see an acting master class. She is good at comedy, as seen many times, but she is wonderful in dramatic roles. If you liked her in 'The Accused' watch the film Tyrannosaur - quite simply one of the best acting performances I've seen in many years. Criminally overlooked for awards.

shareJust watching Broadchurch now and her performance is blowing me away! She was great in Peep Show, but she wasn't able to spread her wings there like she can in this role as Ellie Miller. It's been a long time since I saw a character leap off the screen like that. There is some subtle sorcery going on there behind Olivia's eyes. I hope she is recognized some day for her greatness. She belongs up there with Al Pacino and Meryl Streep, in my opinion.
