I used to think that she was probably a really nice girl, but then I found out that she cheated on her (now ex-)boyfriend Brian and then dumped him.

I think that for the most part, I understand why Chelsea dumped Brian. She wanted someone closer to her, but still a musician. I also think she liked how The Summer Set used to have an indie feel, but it was lost when all of her fans started to like them.
We probably won't ever hear what actually happened until Jake, Chelsea, or Brian comment on this.

Whether it is true or not - and I have heard that she cheated on him on other sites, too - it's nobody else's business. What happened between Chelsea and Brian, is between Chelsea and Brian. You can't judge her for something that is none of your business.
Both Chelsea and Brian seem like sweet, down-to-Earth people, and it's not fair to say she's not the nicest girl.
