I'm practically starting a campaign to have Luke Mitchell as the Flash. I put great importance on the actor resembling the character and Mitchell is the spitting image of Barry Allen.

I don't think so. Aquaman has a bigger stature than the Flash, like a blond Superman. Luke Mitchell is muscular but his frame is smaller than say Trevor Donovan's (who would make a good Aquaman).
