Just seen him in Agents of Shield and I thought it was Grant Gustin with bum fluff of his face.

Is that you John Wayne? Is this me?

I completely agree - I thought it was him at first. Very similar in mannerisms too!

I don't see it at all

I agree. They have very similar posture, mannerisms, etc. they even have the same hairdo!
