Bio Pic on Comcast

I can't believe Comcast can't come up with a photo for R Brooks to accompany the short bio they use when he is featured in L&O. They acknowledge he shares the name with another notable celebrity/writer, but when they show the cast + guest stars, it's always a picture of the other guy. I just can't fathom why they don't fix that, and it almost feels disrespectful to the actor, for some reason.
