Paul. Underrated as an innovator. Was the driving force behind the band their last few years. Sgt. Pepper and the second half of Abbey Road were his ideas.

I used to say John, but learning more about the Beatles, I got turned off a little by his messiah complex. In his later years he seemed to be more well adjusted and became just an all around better person. Very sad that he was murdered at that point.

Lennon, hands down.
