I am a huge fan of the original show but know nothing of the actor so I figured I would ask his fans.

Can he Play MacGyver?

or if you don't know the original character (or don't like it) Can Lucas play a smart resourceful secret agent who is good at solving issues and using his brains to get out of situations instead of guns?

He went through several rounds of auditions to get this part. What do you think?

Doubt it. He showed no emotion in XMEN.

I think he can! Watched the old one and loved it,this new MacGyver looks good!
