Any imbecile knows the answer to your question. People pay money to hear her sing because she doesn't give her CDs away and they can't get into her concerts without paying.

I wondered the same thing...

I think Miranda is a funny actress but I had the misfortune of hearing one of her songs (with accompanying music video) playing at the gym yesterday. It was called "Kissin' You".

Oh dear. I nearly ran out of the gym screaming. It was just SO bad.

She's no Liz Gillies or Ariana Grande but she picks songs that suit her and they are very catchy. Kissing you is probably her worst popular song. She does better on her Electronica pop songs and her more pop punkish Avril Lavigne type song.

Also before you think Im all into pop and *beep* Im not. I listen to everything from her to death metal with Amanda Palmer being my favorite artist ever. I just appreciate music and recognize it all has a place. Miranda's is there to tap your foot and bob your head not having to think.
