No jaa is pretty much a glorified stuntman there's a website called martialartsmovies.com and it has a good list of what martial art actors have and what degree they are but even that I had found a lot of things missing on actors but I love jaa he moves great but just gymnastics Muay Thai and taekwondo and who knows how long to get to where he's at look at Jason statham he had no martial arts background when they got him for the transporter films but he's been doing MMA since if your a fight film fan check out The Latin Dragon Marko Zaror or Scott Adkins those guys know there stuff especially Zaror who was south Americas tai kwon do champ 2 years in a row it's just my opinion but I think Zaror is the best screen fighter in the world he played the Colombian in undisputed III his new movie Redeemer is Awesome he had a part in machete kills his films are Spanish but u can find em on Amazon Kiltro Mirageman Mandrill all awesome fight films and Adkins he's a beast too

I bet everything I own tony jaa would beat jason ina 1v1 every single time lol just because he didn't fight professionally didn't mean he's never fought people before. Plus he's been training all his life, and with a tougher martial arts

thats a bunch of B.S muay thai and muay buran are out dated and still bound by many traditions that make them unbalanced and lack real world application. Jason Statham is a really tough man Tony Jaa is simply a gymnast

Wrong. Jason Statham grew up in a martial arts background, He moved to Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, where he initially chose not to follow his father's career working the local market stalls, instead practicing martial arts. He grew up with football player Vinnie Jones, alongside whom he would later act. Jones introduced him to football, and Statham went on to play for the local grammar school (1978–1983), which he had attended since the age of 11, a passion that he shared with diving

so you see most of his life was in martial arts
