Most interesting actor I've seen ever!

Travis as Ragnar lothbrok is simply amazing. He made so many actor's look like fools. In my opinion.
I have not ever seen so intensity in a actors face before! He make every scene feel like it's real. The way he act and try not to cause panik to he's people he say funny things instead like
While ragnar is puking in the tent and ironside ask him if he's okay
"I will be allright I think" Haha i didnt believe he said that And also with that little and bright silent voice he can make.
And the best fact is that he look like a Danish viking.
And makes me think of danish viggo mortensen back in the days from Lord of the rings and the clash of titans. Awesome actors. Bit still Travis is doing a far far more interesting play! Defiantly my favourite actor from now on!
Big up!

-"Look how he glares at me... If he wasn't fathered by the black ram in the full of the moon my name is not Ragnar.

Oh how I agree. He is impossible to turn away from. His intensity rivals Klaus Kinsky's!!!!!!!
I look forward to a long and successful acting career for him. Though seeing him with hair is always somewhat underwhelming!

He's definitely a breath of fresh air! Love watching him! But he will always be King Ragnar for me! :)

So believable as Ragnar. The glares-with those steely eyes-are enough to make me blush and turn away from the television screen. Not someone you'd wanna mess with. I hope that he is not typecast in those types of roles. It will be the mark of a short acting career. Please branch out into other roles.

Re: Is this just me

I love the stare where his right eye is slightly squinted. Mischief.

Re: Bond. James Bond.

He would be better than that new one that is taking over for Daniel Craig. Forgot his name. I will call him 'Ears' as that's all I remember about him. Not easy on the eyes. Nor was Daniel Craig.

Re: He should

His bio said that he essentially wanted to be an architect/engineer. I worked with engineers. Typically they exhibit the same mannerisms as Travis does in his interviews:shy, introverted, uninterested. They did not like being the center of attention. But most were not easy on the eyes as Mr. Fimmel.

With what kind of engineers did you work?

Civil and Mechanical. Engineers

Agree with you all. Having seen Warcraft, I am worried about typecasting but then he's also in Maggie's Plan which I haven't seen but heard about and he won't be the incredibly intense warrior in that.

Wrote about his intensity + his relationship with Athelstan in this blog,

if anyone has time to read it.
