IKR! That Lucy Hale being half Puerto Rican one was the most ridiculous one I think I've heard so far. Being a quarter black is understandable b/c you can look completely white like Sasha Pieterse, AnnaLynne McCord, and Jessica Szohr so that's on a different level but serious Rachel doesn't even look close to Filipino.

Rachel always looked Italian to mean she's half of that basically with Jewish descent.

She's half Italian and half jewish (Ashkenazi, most likely), but she does sort of look like she could be part southeast asian (Filipino/Indonesian).

First of all I NEVER thought she was half filipino, to me she doesnt look it...but I read somewhere that she was, and I just wanted confirmation thats all. I'm glad that she is not half filipino anyway cause I dont think she has any talent lol.
