The comment saying she isn't proportional is ridiculous. Obviously people come in all shapes and sizes, she's perfectly normal and has nice proportions.
Don't criticize someone's body proportions when there isn't anything they can do about that, it's not like criticizing someone's weight. Even if her legs were slightly short, what is she supposed to do, get her legs lengthened?

She's got a dynamite body, for sure. Thoe pics don't do much to highlight her rear end though. Find some of her standing side-on to the camera...she's got a black girl booty.

You're right; her legs are freakishly short, almost as short as Claire Danes' legs.
