Hey Charlotte. So a tag-line saying you never thought Detroit and True Romance would come up in the same sentence, that's funny. I'm from the Detroit area. I heard in TR they use the term "Party Store." I also heard very few areas call them Party Stores. These sell beer, not colorful paper plates and cups.
