Looking younger in Ghostbusters than in Bridesmaids, 5 years earlier

Just re-watched Briedsmaids for the first time in 5 years, and Kristen looks pale and bony in that film. While in Ghostbusters her skin has a healthy glow and richness. Something related to the character she plays, or some off screen work?

I thought she looked great in Ghostbusters. Looks like she cut her hair short on SNL tonight and it makes her look older imo. Sort of a mom short haircut that SNL did a parody of earlier this season.
