Must've sped through the testing, skipped a few corners, and used dissidents as test subjects + a lot of vodka. That's the only reasoning for such a quick vaccine when it takes years to make one even with advanced tech in mind. That or they successful hacked into the US medical database and then quickly copied Moderna and touted it as their own. Maybe the Chinese already had a vaccine and just shared it with the Russians but said to keep it hidden and not to release it so early since hardly any Chinese died during this pandemic compared to western countries. The perfect bioweapon.

Good thing there is so many humans out there willing to be guinea pigs for low pay so we don't have to be.
