Yeah probably... he's 21 (but I'm sure he's been drinking for years like most people)... who cares though?

Yeah he does... there are pics that he smoke and almost everyone drinks.. Well, i don't blame him, being an actor is hard because there are many hours of work and you have to give all of yourself in what you do.. there are also many bloopers so you have to do it all over again, there are many lines to remmber... so they need something to do to relax or whatever (better smoking and drinking than doing dr.ugs)
But this is NOT a reason for not liking him anymore, many people drink and smoke ;)
