His eyes are his best feature by far.

Ignoring his eyes and going by the rest of his face, he isn't really a good looking guy at all. If he had less nice eyes he would look thoroughly average, and that combined with being short could make him less attractive. Not that short is bad, just that tall or at least average is preferable. But he has lovely eyes. Warm, and even kind of sensual looking. They are definitely his strongest feature and make him more attractive than he would be otherwise.

As far as I can tell, he also has a nice round ass. That is always a plus.
