What happened to her upper lip?

Was she in an accident or did she have a mini stroke? Her upper lip is so bloated and seems partly paralyzed on her left side. If it's just a bad Botox job, she should get it fixed. They do the best they can to keep her face in the shadows and by avoiding full face shots without shadows or her hair hanging down obfuscating her mouth. It's fairly successful but as far as I'm concerned, her breathy affect and sub par acting ability brings the show down. The overwrought music doesn't help either.
