Possible inclusion in any 'Avengers' movies?

I just recently finished watching 'Daredevil'. Aside from a few quirks it looks like Marvel and Netflix has a guaranteed winner. This is definately the type of 'Daredevil' production we needed all these years. I'm just wondering if Daredevil and The Defenders will be making appearances in the 'Avengers' movies or 'Agents of SHIELD'.

Any thoughts on such a likelihood?

Any thoughts on possible guest/cameo appearances of Rex Smith, Nicholas Hammond, Eric Allan Kramer or Lou Ferrigno?

A Spider-Man daredevil film is a must. There the superman batman bromance of marvel.
