98% of you boobs are cliche party drones. You parrot whatever your party says. Every fucking time, the opinions fall along party lines. You don't care about the truth.

1. Rittenhouse is a loser who sees himself as a hero. He chose to go to a riot, he sought it out, and went with a gun; which he is now allowed to legally own. He is a wannabe cop who played vigilante. The only reason his life was in danger is because he sought it out.

2. At least victims 2 and 3 attacked him. It's plain as day, right there video. No evidence he went after them first. It's technically self defense, but the loser basement dweller wannabe cop put himself there. They attacked him, but were only able to do so because he went there looking for a fight.

Probably not gonna get him on murder for them.

3. Rosenbaum threw a plastic bag at him. Shooting someone for throwing a bag at you is not an appropriate response.

The kid definitely deserves prison time. Not gonna get decades, but 5-7 years and several more probation would be appropriate.

Wrong. From the Prosecutions own withnesses:

"Rosenbaum appeared to "ambush" Kyle Rittenhouse (Kenosha PD Detective Martin Howard).

Rosenbaum was chasing Rittenhouse and grabbing for his rifle (Richie McGinniss)

Rosenbaum was "hyperaggresive", constantly having to be physically restrained, and threatened to kill Rittenhouse if he caught him alone (Ryan Balch)

A USMC Rifleman who admitted that he'd consider Rosenbaum a deadly threat if Rosenbaum's actions were directed at him (Jason Lackowski)."

The lunatic pedophile Rosenbaum was hiding behind a car in order to ambush Kyle Rittenhouse! Sounds like an attack which justified self defense with deadly force.

From the article:

"On Thursday, witnesses testified that a “hyperaggressive” Rosenbaum angrily threatened to kill Rittenhouse that night and that Rosenbaum was gunned down after he chased Rittenhouse and lunged for the young man’s rifle."

Between that and the fact a Detective testified that Rosenbaum ambushed Rittenhouse, I call self defense.

And I just want to reiterate I don't like Kyle. He should have kept his ass at home, but I don't think what happened was murder.

If someone "ambushes you," threatens to kill you, chases you down and tries to take your firearm, that's more than enough reason for someone to defend themselves. But I'm just an arm chair lawyer, so lets just wait until Monday and see what the Jury decides.

He was an aggressive lunatic, just released from a mental hospital that day, who ambushed, chased and tried to take Rittenhouses gun. You should be happy a convicted child rapist is dead.

Yeah, you can't do that, especially if you previously threatened to murder the person and are acting highly erratic. Shooting him was completely warranted. Should Kyle have stayed home? Yes, but he didn't. He's not on trial for what he should and shouldn't have done.

Now they are likely not going to get him on murder, at least on guys 2 and 3, because based on the video, they're chasing him. That's not murder when they are pursuing you, especially given 1 of them had a gun. Kinda fits the definition of self defense.

But again, his role in the situation can't be ignored.
He created the entire situation. He clearly went there expecting something to happen, which is why he took a gun. These are facts.

And his response Rosenbaum's attack is not proportionate. Lethal force was not necessary. Reckless homicide or whatever they are calling it is fair. But saying he went out to murder the other two? Yeah, good luck with that.
