Much like Jaws was recast, to put adrenaline into the film Dave follows to Spectre enemy.

The villains in Spectre never get killed, or the organisation.

i agree, i also would not be surprised if he is the rebooted JAWS and we just dont know it yet , cause he has the height, and he had Metal fingertips in SPECTRE so it could be a lead up to him getting metal jaws , im just guessing i would be surprised if im right though
