Who do you think any bills become law in a Congress where a single party does not control both houses? Compromises are made. To believe otherwise is naive.
Do you think it is better to make no progress than to work with those in another party? Do you really oppose any GOP bill that is enacted into law if they had to work with Democrats to get it passed?
