I always believed Renee was not dead, and they'd find some way for her to return. She was the best match for Jack, but their bringing back his old girl friend Audrey Raines who I never thought people liked?
shareI like your optimism, but shes dead. The doctors operating on her told Jack they have to move her body to the MORGUE, that pretty much confirms shes dead. I would really like for her to be brought back to life Tony style, but a bullet and a drug injection are way different.
I agree with you though, I thought she was a great match for Jack and got extremely upset to the point where I stopped watching the season right after that episode. It was one of the worst seasons of 24, but that was the last straw, rehashed storyline of Jack losing his lover in the line of duty.
I haven't checked out the new season yet but I herd Audrey has recovered and shes remarried? I am sure she will cross paths with Jack at some point in the season but I don't see them getting back together. They seem to be in mutual agreement that its better if Jack stays away. And yeah, no one liked Audrey.
I know. It sucked that Jack and Renee only has a few hours together. Audrey has the personality of a wet dishcloth.
shareAudrey came back because her father was President. But nobody liked her so nobody cared about the end of that last season.
