Captain America vs Bullseye

In Daredevil Bullseye had almost perfect aim with anything he throws I say "almost" because just once Daredevil made him miss.

I think from the movie Daredevil I could infer that one limitation is that it takes a small amount of time for any projectile he throws to reach it's target so an opponent with superhumanly fast reflexes can dodge his projectiles. The Daredevil was able to do this.

Well if facing Bullseye it seems Captain America is damned near perfect at throwing that shield and his reflexes probably rival those of Daredevil meaning he has a good chance at dodging (or blocking with the shield) anything thrown by Bullseye.

And I am sure by conventional human standards Bullseye would be a master at hand to hand combat the only guarantee we get from the character is perfect aim with throwing things. If he had to fight Captain America toe to toe he would not be able to throw anything and I would assume the Captain is the better fighter.
