The truth behind Masiela's departure. I was a PA at the time.

I needed to open an account and state some "facts" about what really happened to Masiela on the show, since I was a PA for the first four years the show was on the air. During that time, visiting stage 4 almost every day I saw first hand the "politics" that had occurred, and I felt sorry for the girl.

Never once, for the four years that I spent on the show, had I seen Masiela show frustration and disrespect to anyone. I never heard about it either. Me and my friends liked her a lot. In fact, she was kind to me even though I was only a PA at the time. My friend Pete got fired from the show because he started developing a crush on her and wrote behind the stage walls "I love Masiela" etc and George caught him. So he fired him for having a crush. Sound familiar, "Deegame?" You should know, you were the one who fired him.

As for being unprepared. The truth as we knew it, deegame, was that Masiela was too prepared for George's comfort level and she didn't use the script during their network run-throughs. Remember how George tried to follow suit and he kept forgetting and screwing up his lines and on occasions held up run-through while he scrambled for his script? Network didn't look pleased. Remember who got in trouble for that, Deegame? Masiela, because in his own words, George said that Masiela had no right to overshadow him and felt threatened by professionalism. Funny how the facts can distort into something unrecognizable.

Go ahead, spread rumors George. It's funny how you're still attempting to prove your point when the show's done and over. We only pretended to agree with what you said then because we wanted to keep our jobs. You would fire people on the spot if their cell phone rang behind the stage during rehearsals. You would fire people, like my friend Pete, for siding with Masiela instead of you. We were terrified of you, but guess what? The truth will come out now because we don't care anymore. No skin off our backs if we show the world what kind of person you really are.

Go ahead, George, explain the rumors the way you saw it, because I have some truths. We know why you were so mean to Masiela. We were all there during camera blocking when she dismissed you for saying "if you weren't my daughter, I would date you." She was sixteen at the time. Remember how the whole crew laughed at her dismissal? You didn't look pleased. Funny how she was on "probation" after that incident. I could go on, if you'd like. I wish Masiela would just say something about the incident. I'm confused by that. why would she keep mum on her experiences on the show?

If you're wondering what kind of person Masiela is then you can visit her ask masiela forum on her official site. Read what she writes and then make your opinion on what kind of person she is. We all loved her on the show. She was nothing but nice to me for four years which is more than I can say for you George.

The real problem was Veronica was just Carmen Extreme, and what Carmen was heading towards becoming. Give the girl money, and she's Veronica's twin. Nothing worse than a cast change to basically the same character. Anything in Veronica's story could work just as well for Carmen.

I think Masiela is staying quiet for professional reasons. It never looks good to start bad mouthing former jobs. What's to stop her from doing the same with a new job if one little thing turns sour. And if the rumor mill starts turning against her, she come sout even worse. Hollywood politics are a nasty business.

Although I do hope Pete wasn't writing on the actual sets. That is vandalism, even if behind them where no camera will ever see them.

First of all I am not George Lopez. I wish I were because then I would be a talented comedian and actor. but I was part of the crew for 120 episodes.

Now, if you were a PA on the show that means you were in the office in Building 19 most of the time and not on Stage 4. So I guess you weren't around to see Masiela hit Luis and have to be talked to. I guess you weren't around to see her be disrespectful to Constance and Belita. I guess you weren't around when she would cut off George's jokes because she couldn't remember when to come in with her line. I guess you weren't around when she would talk really loud when it wasn't her scene and the other actors were trying to work and block. I guess you didn't see this or 100 other examples I could give because if you were a PA you were working in Building 19 and running around town or the lot.

In the six years I worked on the show only a handful of people got fired and they had it coming because they weren't doing their jobs. Frank fired them not George. That is who you had to be scared of: Frank not George. You would know that if you really did work on the show.

Masiela always flubbed her lines during read through and Tony would have to work with her. If you were a PA you wouldn't be privy to the fact that two acting coaches hired by Bruce quit because she wouldn't take direction. You didn't see Directors get frustrated because she was so one note. These are some of the reasons she was on probation for 4 of her 5 years on the show, she was not professional. And Bruce and Debra put her on probation not George. And if you worked on the show you would know one of the biggest jokes was that Constance was "the first to go" and flub lines at run-throughs and tapings. Constance thought is was funny and made fun of herself. George was in 99% of the scenes and had more dialogue than anyone. Did he make mistakes of course, everyone did that is why we had a great gag reel at the end of the year. But if you were a PA on the show and you knew the politics then you would know the real players. You don't mention them.

George did ban cellphones from the set. Everyone was getting calls and on their crackberries and not paying attention and the work suffered. Most other sets on the lot followed our example. If you wanted to make a call you could go to the production office on the stage or go outside. You would know that if you worked on the show. As for your "friend" getting "fired" for liking Mas is ridiculous. We all had crushed on Constance and we didn't get fired. But if you worked on the show you would know that.

Also if you were a PA you would have knowledge of production and know that the show had better ratings than Jim. The show getting canceled was a financial decsion. We were a Warner Brothers Show and Jim was a Touchstone show which is the production arm of ABC. But if you were a PA you would know that.

George was our leader for 120 episodes and we made television history. He worked harder than all of us even when he was seriously ill. And he didn't tell any of us and had his operation after we wrapped. That was class. I guess you missed Irv's party a couple of weeks ago....we are all still family. Every director and guest star always marveled at what a great set we had.

George was great to the PA's and all of us. Too many to list but how about George paying for free seven jeans for the entire cast and crew, and In-N-Out trucks and Carillos for lunch, and Coffee Bean runs for the whole cast and crew and keeping Marty working and of course getting our special PA home. What about the Low Rider Cup. If you did work on the show you would have appreciated these things like the rest of us did. No one did that but George. ( George gave Mas her dog on her 18th birthday and made a big deal on the set and got her a cake etc. )

Mas was very young and immature. I hope she has grown up. She was so young she didn't realize that most actors get one George Lopez Show if they are lucky. Most don't get any. Hardly any shows go 120 episodes. She was very inexperienced at the time and didn't know.

George is the only one still working non-stop. i wish I couls say the same for the great actors on the show.

Also you sound too young to have been a PA. All the PA's were college graduates who wanted to go into production and producing. You don't write well enough to have been a PA. You sound just like that Tonyandsomething guy who is a big fan and just wants to say nice things about Masiela. Well you can do that and not spread lies. Say hi to Ohio for me.

Hey, hey, hey... are you kidding me?

I AM MASIELA LUSHA'S FAN NUMBER ONE!

Everything about Masiela is special, she is like and angel who devil tried to play with her soul, for, i don't know how long was she part of 'his' show. But, Masiela survived!!! And moved on.

Oh, now I see (actually I've seen it for a long time) what we're talking about.

If someone talks good about Masiela has to has crush on her... Even people who worked by your side all the time, laughed at your stupid jokes, and pretended they loved you, because they needed money, and witnessed everything. It doesn't matter if if he/she is young or old, man or women.

What kind of politic is that????

What is your problem bro?

Masiela is having one movie after another and being lead, and george is going to were he started 30 years ago. That's success, he? That's called paying a publicist good mula.

The more you talk bad about Masiela the more power to her.

I don't know anything about the other people who wrote in this board, but I think they have some to do with going against your logic, and they got paid, same as you did.

Do you know people working in that set and everyone has his point of view in Masiela' situation. Not everyone sells his/her soul.

You're the only one to have an opinion,(???!!!) and your opinion is always right, Right!

Masiela left, show was gone. Caput! That's true. And she, as she puts it, She never looked back. That day she left, that day, she said in one interview, she died her hair blond, and she worked with best professionals ever as ABC (by the way george smashed it too) WB leaders. I was young, she said and I learned a lot. She never ever talked bad about anyone. I hope that those post will make her to sit down and write about it, or maybe, as I heard, unauthorized true story or something like that.

You forgot, if you worked there, (by the way my best body told me, and he worked until the end too. Whole 120 episodes) you saw that everyone was scared crap of him. How about when he came to work all after drug affect. How about new saying about him: "he fires people left and right with a drop of a hat." He is full of drugs.

He did the surgery without telling his PR because he was scared that the show was going to get canceled. He didn't keep secret for his worker. No hell! Give me a Break! He cleaned his dirty soul in the front of the world, do you think he was going to keep his surgery secret because he is a nice guy???

He is the worst person anyone has a chance of meting in their life time. time will tell. His poison territory is doing its work. No one from his beloved people is working anywhere. That alone tells you. The only one working is Masiela, the one he couldn't affect.

As for acting coaches producer got that for Masiela because george was complaining not stop, (like he knew it all)and they wanted to zip his mouth. Acting coaches left, because they couldn't put up with "george's misery," as everyone one said, we don't need his money. There is nothing we can teach Masiela, because she doesn't have anymore any lines anyway, and they couldn't stand george. There are some nice people in the world, you know? Not everyone sells his soul for a little money, like you do.

He was so sure this show was going to take forever, wasn't he?

He send out his poison ora to all of his surrounding. This is the way how he marks his territory, by killing people's future.

Masiela was the BEST GIRL EVER! I don't know anymore, because I am busy with my work to follow up in her en devours, but let me tell you, I will go to watch every movie and everything about her.

I AM MASIELA LUSHA'S FAN NUMBER ONE!

Everything about her is special, she is like and angel who devil tried to play with her for i don't know how long was this show. But she survived!!!

I am her biggest fan ever ever ever! No one will change my mind or my opinion.

Once again you prove yourself to be a moron. You live in Ohio and have never even met Mas or anyone related to the show. You just make stuff up but that is ok. You reveal you ignorance in what you write.

George is doing great. Sold out tour. Another HBO special slated for next year. Three movies coming out in August/September. In pre-production for 4 more movies. His production company has 5 films in development. He is a huge star and no matter what lies you write: people love him!

I find it interesting that you have to be Masielsa's fan by downing the person who gave her the biggest job she ever had.

I am guessing that you're talking to yourself, you crazy idiot! You think that being in Ohio one doesn't know what's going on in the world or something.

You are the ONLY ONE *beep* who talks bad about Masiela Lusha. You will never get over it. You are just back to what you did 30 years ago, trying to sell ticket and get mad at the world. Why don't you come to Ohio and see how much we will respect you and you crappy comedy.

Every name in your book is a bad person. Tell me who is right person for you?

Time will come and you will end up all alone, like your mother left you. This what you are. SOB

if you are so great how come even your wife said in biography that you were a "dark and difficult" person.

okay be your own fan george and its a good thing, you know, to go back and continue your career where you left it off 30 years ago. Back to being stand up, this is the only you can fool your own people by making fun of them and telling them to pay for you tickets.

That makes a good person, doesn't it.
for Masiela Lusha
