I also hate that. But, you can obviously see that she lost a lot of weight, so the criticism is not unwarranted IMO.

Just because you've suffered from anorexia doesn't give you the right to say that Hilarie is! I have always been naturally thin. You obviously have an issue with yourself to say, That person is thin. That means that they're anorexic! I have no sympathy for you!

Please understand that there a many different body types. Its not a matter of what you ingest all the time. For example men have three common body types: Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph, for women it gets even more complex. She is naturally skinny.

You may be naturally thin, but anyone with half a brain could see she had lost a hell of a lot of weight & wasn't looking healthy, or are you so self important that you couldn't see that?

And I have no issue with myself, I just wouldn't wish this dreadful disease on anyone especially Hilarie who I love, but I realise I'm dealing with a professional offense taker too stupid to look beyond her own self importance.
