Fair skin and blue eyes would cause that similarity. Even though amy's are actually green, she usually wears blue contacts.

And IMHO, Caroline resembles Claire Forliani (Anti-trust, CSI:NY)more.

I think she is a dead ringer for Jodi Lyn O'Keefe but thats me.
