Wonder Woman?
She has worked with Joss Whedon before, is young (they want an actress who isn't in her 30's) and *Greek*.
C.O.R has shown she can be a major badass if called for, too.

Last I had heard Joss had tapped Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia from Buffy and Angel) for the part. I'm not sure if that was final. She is in her 30's though but has the tall, statuesque physique for the role. She unfortunately has a few tattoos that would have to be covered up though. As much as I think Alexa is hot, I feel she is too petite for the part. Maybe Wonder Womans younger sister? I think the hottest Ive seen her is in The Chronicles of Riddick.

Can she talk without her Hispanic accent?), Michelle Rodriguez (No. Wouldnt fit her usual role as the "pissed-off Puerto Rican chic.), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Love her, but no), Sandra Bullock (No), Nadia Bjorlin (Maybe. She definitely has two of the physical attributes of WW. Check out her pics. Also, shes from my home State!), Mischa Barton (Nice, but wrong facial type), 'Rachel Bilson' (Who?) (qv) and Jennifer Lopez (HELL NO!!!).

All in all though, I just think the movie will be a flop anyway. Joss does NOT have the unfailing magic touch as many think he does. Its either a bulls-eye hit or way off miss with him.
How official is that list of actresses? I'm asking because Joss has said he's doing a Year One story for Wonder Woman, so he'll be casting a gal in her early 20's. A lot of those actresses (which very talented) are in their thirties.
IMO, I think Alexa would be great for the part. Hopefully, Joss will consider her for the role.
Kim Smith would be absolutely perfect for Wonder Woman. Look her up

Hey, that info came from this site so how accurate do you expect that it to be? I do know she was one of the finalists to play Buffy. Even though she lost out to Sarah Michelle Gellar, Josh kept her around (as he did with a few other finalists) and used her for the part of Cordelia Chase, which he then made her role into a more prominent character on Angel (until she left).
