You clearly don't know what you are talking about. Rape is penetration only:

Or maybe everyone makes mistakes, especially in their youth, and as he clearly learned from the experience and refocused his life, he is worthy of public praise? He did a lot more than "handle a basketball really well." He did a lot of good in his short life, and seemed poised to do even greater things had he not died so young.
