I highly doubt she's ill.

She, like most celebs, workouts constantly. And judging by her latest appearance on Ellen, she has upped her healthy eating habits too. Her body shape is similar to mine; the weight loss (there is bound to be weight loss if there are less empty calories being taken in and more calories being burned) appears in her arms and face, but the waistline is difficult to whittle down. I think she is looking to get lean and toned, not skeletal.

The lighting and styling in the first pic certainly doesn't do her any favors.
