Yes !! At least one person who knows the difference between hung and hanged.
Hanged - dropped by the neck to break and kill.
Hung - as in strangled a bit to make groggy as in hung drawn and quartered.
Hung as in gallery paintings. Hanged almost exclusively as I have described unless someone hangs themselves but usually they have hung themselves.
