After watching the new ep of Gotham on a big screen, it's clear she's using collagen on her upper lip.
Some pics seem to indicate this might have been going on for at least a few episodes.
It's sad, though -- this woman is stunning and I can't imagine anyone criticizing her for a thin upper lip. But now, it looks artificial. She didn't need to mess around with her beautiful face.

She's been doing it for years -- since before Gotham (been brought up here over the years). She seems to stop when she's pregnant (as fillers require periodical top up), so that may be why you noticed now.
shareI used to love her in Firefly and liked her in SG1 and even V. I haven't seen her for a while, at least not in any substantial way. And part of the reason I noticed her so much in Gotham was a new TV Yes, she may also have laid off for a while as I hadn't noticed it as so pronounced. But when she made her entrance after her fiancé getting killed, not only did her lip look odd, in proportion, but her whole mouth looked like it wasn't moving right as a result!
Sorry to rehash an old topic. I didn't see any threads on it, so I guess it was old hat. Such things, I know, go through cycles.
