Was she REALLY pregnant?

I have seen nude pictures of her in "Afternoon Delight" and when her short stint on the HBO series "Hung" (via Mrskin dot com). Her boobs are COMPLETELY different sizes.

Does anybody know if she might have REALLY been pregnant when she filmed the scene in Hung? It would explain the major difference in breast size.
