I don't have enough information on him to gauge. At a minimum, I would like to see him do a long form interview on some complex issues. After seeing that, I would assess his vocabulary, his ability to articulate, and his ability to understand complex issues to arrive at a rough estimate of what I think his IQ is. However, we do have that type of information on his supposed father (Charles) and he is at best in the average IQ range (90-110). Charles doesn't impress me at all. The same is probably true of Harry. If he were a bona-fide genius, we would have seen glimpses or heard stories of it by now. At best, he is in the average range.
