Was Rhys Darby (from Flight of the Conchords) playing the part of the apartment agent in the Extras series finale?

Yes. I am certain it was him. That bit with the spider was hillarious.

It wasn't him, it was the guy who played the South African in Alan Partridge, but I can see the resemblence!

i think he was being sarcastic because the two characters are so similar in fact almost carbon copy's!
