Is her unnaturally bleached, blond hair! She insists on doing it over and over but really doesn't suit her. She looked the best with her natural brunette in 'The Family Stone' or even the soft blond in 'Spotlight'. I wish she'd stop going for that platinum look that actually (uncharacteristically) make her look like washed out, and amazingly enough, ordinary and like everyone else.

shareI agree that the platinum look on her isn't as flattering. She's stunning as a brunette. It makes her eyes POP. I know she appeared a little 'sloppy' in The Family Stone (2005) but I thought she was really pretty in that movie with the darker hair.
