Happy birthday to the best actress around.

I don't normally make threads like this, primarily because it's not like the celebrity in question will ever read it, but since Rachel McAdams happens to be my favourite actress, I thought I'd make an exception this time.

Obviously if you'd also like to share your birthday wishes, feel free to do it in here. Or post on her Twitter, Facebook or Instagram pages, which she'll probably also never see because I can't imagine a person sifting through thousands upon thousands of messages...

It took a fair while for Rachel to really establish herself as my absolute favourite actress, but it was a title well earned.
I remember seeing her in comedies like The Hot Chick(2002) and Mean Girls(2004) when they first came out and I didn't pay her much attention in them. I used to tell girls that The Notebook(2004) was one of my favourite films just to win 'points' with them even though I'd never seen it, and that changed when I used the line on a girl and she had me watch it with her as a date, it was a nice film, but I still didn't pay Rachel much heed.
Then along came Wedding Crashers(2005) and Red Eye(2005), and damn, I certainly took notice of her then, it was around this time that I became convinced that Rachel was one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood(I still firmly hold that belief 11 years later because she has barely aged.) 
But it wasn't until the release of The Time Traveler's Wife(2009) that I started calling her my favourite actress, I realized her consistency and dedication as an actress was far beyond that of many others. 👏
From then, we got absolute gems such as Morning Glory(2010), The Vow(2012), About Time(2013) and Spotlight(2015), proving that this woman sure knows how to build an impressive resume. 🏆

I'm still yet to see Dr Strange(2016), but I'm looking forward to it and any other films she brings out in the future, because she truly never disappoints. 👍

I cannot remember when I started really
Liking her & considering her special. I didn't see The Notebook till this past year.
But I do remember being very impressed w/ Red Eye at the time. Loved her in the
Ensemble movies: The Family Stone, The
Wedding Crashers, Midnight in Paris &
also her starring role in Morning Glory ( A
Real feel good fun movie). She held her
Own in State of Play W/3 Oscar Winners!
And in a Most Wanted Man. I didn't care
For Passion but I could see why she wanted to play someone so different. But
she was totally wasted in 2 very bad
movies: forget name of 1st one w/ Ben
Affleck , directed by T. Malik & 2nd one
was Aloha. But I saw her interview where
she said she loved living in Hawaii for 3
months! She totally carried the Vow &
Time T's Wife. I also liked her in the 2
Sherlock movies although her role was too short in both of them. Always watch
Wedding Crashers , Family Stone &
Morning Glory whenever they're on.
Still have not seen Marriage or The Lucky
Ones. But I will. Haven't see Strange yet
but reviews all say she's great & pivotal to
Story but too short time on screen. But it's a "Claim to Fame" role w/ lots of $.
Have a good night. My finger is tired.
