Everyone is an actor it just depends on whether or not they can do it in front of a camera. And yes he has acted in a movie before as K.C. Carlye on Supercross, which by the way is an excellent independent film. He should be pushed more into movies, but his character on Reba is just hilarious, which makes all the more entertaining to watch the show.

Supercross is a movie for 12 year old boys and girls. That's not a quality movie and certainly not the material where an actor gets to act. I think considering his "talent" his acting path whill be a role in "Jackass" and any other project where he isn't required to really act.

Uh, who exactly are you to be deciding whether a movie is truly a "movie?"

I think it's more a question of choices. There are many funny ways to do something, but Howey always hits the nuttiest, funniest way spot-on. Take, for example, the way he says, "Why are all of the women in this family so mean?" He shrieks the word "mean," and it's hilarious.
