Talented af

I've seen him in so many projects, and he always turns out a great performance, really elevating whatever he's in, but I was blown away by him in Moonlight. The movie is exceptional, every actor killed it, but Ali is downright mesmerizing. That role could have easily been flat and reductive, another drug dealer with a heart of gold, but he made Juan charismatic, complex, flawed, and compelling. All the attention Ali is getting for this role is well deserved.
