Not sure if it's her eyes or what.. But when I watch lost Girl shes the only thing I can look at when she is on screen, I'm completely hypnotized by her beautiful smile.
I hope she is in a lot of ways like her character on Lost Girl, very cute and funny yet completely sexy as the same time!
Alright I am going to stop rambling on, but i think the show would of been cancelled after the 1st season if she wasn't on it. As much as I do like the show, I just have that feeling.
By the way, serious question.. Has anyone seen anyone else with eyes like hers?
shareI was wondering this morning why I'm still watching this show.. It's definitely not bad, I'm still on season 1. But yeah, you pretty much hit the nail on the head. Her quirkiness/personality reminds me of Buffy in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Solo's character seems far more like Alyson Hannigan's -- Willow-- than Geller's Buffy. Solo's also in Hannigan's class as an actor and not that of Sarah Michelle Geller, whom I liked as Buffy (and as a kind of TV feminist teen icon), but seems a little too wooden to be dynamic. You can see that clearly in later roles that Geller's played.
Willow and Kenzie are both sidekicks. They're both survivors who feel they have to protect a stronger parentlike friend and are easily hurt -- they wear their pain on their faces -- and the actors who play them achieve an emotional pitch that most of the others in those shows just don't reach. The only ones on Buffy with Hannigan's expressiveness were James Marsters and Eliza Dushku.

shareThat's probably why I like her. Blondes, to me, are vastly overrated (I prefer brunettes), but I've thought something's special about her since seeing her in Orphan Black. You're right, it's probably the eyes. She really is breathtaking.
