What a pathetic fucking excuse for a "filmmaker ". This guy only has one passing in all his movies: this disgusting hillbilly trashy attitude set in a disgusting area. That's it. It's so despicable. Calling this hack a director is a total insult to the art of filmmaking. How I can describe literally EVERY SINGLE ONE of his "movies": garbage characters for whom you feel no attachment whatsoever, gratuitous violence, rude language, set in a shithole, awful and pretentious screenplay, chocking for the mere sake of being shocking for no valid reasons.

Fuck this guy, and people who like him should really reconsider their ways to see what constitutes a good movie.

Uwe Boll no matter how awful his movies can be, at least they can be funny because of their awfulness and they don't take themselves seriously. Plus, at the very least, I love Postal... which makes him one movie ahead of Rob Zombie in my good list.

I agree with pretty much everything you said about Rob Zombie. What he did to Michael Myers character in his shitty remake of Halloween was simply horror movie sacrilege. He turned the Myers family into white trash, foul mouthed hillbillies, and ruined Michael's mythos by giving him a "background" as to why he turned out like he did. One of the most frightening things about Myers is that there is no reason why he's a serial killer; He just is. And don't get me started on Halloween 2 from this guy. It is hands down, the worst horror movie I have ever seen, and that is saying something. It also didn't help that he made Michael a 7 foot tall giant with his ridiculous casting choice as well.

Oh, and I am damn tired of seeing his squeaky voiced, annoying wife in every damn movie he makes. Can't this dude find other actors to play in his shitty movies? Probably not.

Boll and Zombie have both made one great movie each, IMO. That I've seen, at least.

For Boll it was 'Stoic,' which is one of the top five most disturbing films I've ever seen. In a good way.

For Zombie it was 'The Devil's Rejects.' Endlessly re-watchable.

NOTHING like any of his other films. I suppose it was his attempt at arthouse drama, and I thought it worked. The whole thing takes place in one jail cell with four characters. It's pretty much all dialogue. And it's a true story. Definitely worth a view... just be prepared to think the worst of humanity when it's over.
