He lost the lead role in Superman Returns due to his height. He was too short. But he is friend with Bryan Singer, and Zegers says he and Mr Singer waits for the right project to do together. Is that only wishful thinking by Zegers, or could it be somewhat true?

If I recall correctly, Singer said as much publicly as well.
